PatientFiPayment.com (“we,” “us”) is an independent informational website about patient financing. We are not PatientFi, Inc. and we don’t offer loans, take PatientFi applications or process payments. This policy covers this website only.

Privacy policy
Short version: this site has no accounts and no tracking cookies, and our calculators never send what you type anywhere. The one exception is the partner loan request form on our Apply page, which is run by a third party. The details are below.

What happens when you visit
We don’t ask for your name, email, phone number or any financial information. Like almost every website, the servers that host and deliver this site may automatically record technical details of each request, such as your IP address, browser type, the page requested and the time. Those logs are used to keep the site secure and working, and are not used to identify you or build a profile.
Calculators and checkers
Our payment calculator, promo checker, checklist and comparison quiz run entirely in your browser. The numbers and answers you enter are never sent to us or anyone else, and disappear when you close the page.
Third-party services
Google FontsLoads the typeface used on this site. Your browser connects to fonts.googleapis.com and fonts.gstatic.com, which receive your IP address as part of that request.Google’s privacy policy ↗

The loan request form on our Apply page
Our Apply page includes a personal loan request form provided by a third-party lending network and loaded from apiflag.com. Information you enter in that form goes directly to that network and the lenders it works with, not to us. We don’t store it. The network and its lenders handle it under their own privacy notices and terms, which may include checking your credit and contacting you about offers. We may receive a fee when a request is submitted. If you don’t use the form, none of this applies.
If you email us
If you write to us, we receive your email address and whatever you include in the message. We use it only to reply and to fix the issue you raise, and we don’t add you to any mailing list. Please don’t send account numbers, passcodes or other financial details; we can’t access PatientFi accounts and don’t need them.
Links to other sites
We link to PatientFi, CareCredit, Cherry, government agencies and other sources. When you follow a link, that site’s own privacy policy applies. In particular, anything you enter on PatientFi’s portals is handled by PatientFi, not by us.
Children
This site is written for adults managing their own finances. It isn’t directed at children under 13, and we don’t knowingly collect information from them.
Your choices and rights
Because we don’t collect personal information through the site, there is usually nothing for us to access or delete. If you’ve emailed us and want that correspondence deleted, ask and we will delete it. Depending on where you live, including California, you may have rights to know, delete or opt out of the sale of personal information. We don’t sell or share personal information for advertising.
